Ross Seed Company was established in Chickasha, Oklahoma, in 1918 by Henry Ross. In 1949, the company expanded into El Reno. The two stores were operated by brothers Joe and Walter Ross. In the 1990s, Joe retired, and Walter took over the operation of both locations with his son, Tom Ross, and daughter, Julie Ross-Martin.

Today we are pleased to have the fourth generation actively working in the business. Tom's son, Mason, and Julie's son and daughter, Matt and Lauren, are engaged in all aspects of the business.
